What's missing from this timeline?

In an article reviewing Samuel Maoz’s critical look at the Lebanon war in his movie Lebanon, the Observer writer, Rachel Cooke, provided a timeline of events for readers.

Difficult as it is to compress over 50 years of history into a space of 250 words, one has to wonder how it is that the Israeli withdrawal from southern Lebanon on May 24, 2000, the single most important event between 1987 and 2006, was omitted.
Skewing timelines, as can be seen from this CAMERA report, is something not uncommon occurence it turns out.
