H/T Pretzelberg
The ideological conditioning and political indoctrination which must have informed the following diatribe, in reply to Ken Roth’s CiF piece, makes this CiF commenter a perfect poster child for the Guardian Left. Imagine Seumas Milne but without the Guardian Associate Editor’s rhetorical polish and grace while defending “resistance” movements and espousing his hatred for Israel and the West.
Sorry, but while reading this I briefly entertained the notion that it was so over-the-top that it surely had to be a parody, written by a secret CiF Watch troll, but then recognized the moniker as an experienced Israel hater in good standing.
There are so many classic passages, but my personal favorite is the lofty, poetic, and simply majestic prose he masterfully employs in characterizing Israel as “a fattened savage attack dog of playground bully U.S.”
An Orwell Prize for Journalism nomination is no doubt near.
