Did foreign “activists” take part in the attempt to infiltrate Israel’s borders?

And here is a blow-up. Obviously of poor quality since it only a small part of a web-based picture, yet pretty clearly a Western female:

If this is not a foreign female agitator I would be very surprised indeed. How interesting that there was a medic on the spot. Were they expecting trouble by any chance?

If this is an example of the “Palestinians” who were trying to infiltrate into Israel, there is a lot mre going on here than meets the eye.
