On Thursday February 27th CAMERA will host a webinar (19:00 UK time, 21:00 Israel time) titled ‘Rewriting Reality: Wikipedia’s Anti-Israel Obsession’.
“Wikipedia shapes global understanding of history and current events, but what happens when its information is wildly skewed against Israel? Who decides which sources are “reliable,” and why are anti-Israel outlets given credibility while pro-Israel perspectives are sidelined?
Join us for an exclusive webinar with investigative journalist Aaron Bandler, who has written a groundbreaking series of articles for the Jewish Journal exposing Wikipedia’s deeply flawed sourcing policies and how they fuel anti-Israel bias.
In this eye-opening discussion, Bandler will reveal how Wikipedia legitimizes anti-Israel sources while rejecting pro-Israel ones, the role of biased editors in shaping narratives, the real-world consequences of misinformation on the platform, and what can be done to push back against Wikipedia’s disturbing bias.”

This isn’t the only set of topics about which Wikipedia is consistently biased – a search for “The Real Wikipedia? Will the real Wikipedia please stand up?” will lead to several articles about their refusal to criticize theories about the JFK assassination fairly. That is, they refuse to consider anything but the “Lone Nut” theory as being credible.
Would it surprise anyone if it was discovered that Wikipedia is now infiltrated by the usual gang of far-thinking Muslims – in their grand scheme to take over the West’s ideology and way of life ?
