Two contributors who appeared on BBC Arabic had previously spread conspiracy theories about Israel in recent media appearances.

On April 6th a report headlined “Two MPs ‘astounded’ after being denied entry to Israel” was published on the BBC News website’s ‘Middle East’ page. Credited to Aleks Phillips and Ruth Comerford, that report is just one of several items relating to a story which was promoted heavily by the BBC on multiple platforms.
April 16, The Jewish Chronicle– BBC broadcast song glorifying ‘heroes’ who murdered Jews
The BBC’s Arabic-language service broadcast a song that glorifies three murderers who took part in the 1929 Arab riots in the British Mandate of Palestine that saw the killing of over 130 Jews.
April 20, All Israel News- BBC News coverage of terrorism in Israel – March 2025
The Israel Security Agency’s report on terror attacks during March 2025 shows that a total of 441 incidents took place in Judea & Samaria, Jerusalem and within the ‘green line’. The agency recorded 50 attacks with petrol bombs, 17 attacks using pipe bombs, 345 incidents of rock throwing, one shooting attack, 24 arson attacks, one vehicular attack, one combined attack and two stabbing attacks.

The Guardian is wedded to two nearly religious beliefs: one, that Palestinians are immutable victims of Israeli oppression and, therefore, even after the Oct. 7th massacre, are never to be held responsible for their destructive behavior. Two: that supporters of Palestinians are intrinsically progressive and “anti-racist” – thus, allegations of antisemitism against them are, in general, dishonestly manufactured to stifle criticism of Israel.
