So, do you think Israelis who could only understand Sally Rooney’s book in Hebrew mind not having access to the writings of an author who works for their destruction? I’m a native English speaker and I’m boycotting her books. I wouldn’t purchase them, which is kind of divestment in her work as well, I suppose. Sally, there are many people in this world who have it far worse than your favorite toys and who aren’t trying to destroy my, or any other, people. Go help them, or mind your own business. You’re helping an international jihadist movement, not a nation or people that never was. There can only be peace with them once they decide that they value the lives of their own people more than killing us. We’ve had enough experience with those trying to destroy us throughout our history to know what to do.
