The Israel Security Agency’s report on terror attacks during October 2025 shows that a total of 400 incidents took place in Judea & Samaria, Jerusalem and within the ‘green line’. The agency recorded 41 attacks with petrol bombs, 24 attacks using pipe bombs, 306 incidents of rock throwing, 26 arson attacks, two vehicular attacks and one shooting attack.
61 serious attacks were thwarted throughout the month and 248 terror-related arrests were made.
In addition, the report records thirteen rockets launched into Israeli territory from the Gaza Strip throughout October, one of which was given a brief mention at the bottom of a BBC report. The ISA report does not include casualties from attacks related to Operation Swords of Iron.
Nineteen people were injured in attacks in Judea & Samaria, Jerusalem and inside the ‘green line’ during October. Those attacks included a vehicular attack on October 4th in which a woman was injured and an IED attack in Tubas on October 18th – which was later claimed by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad – in which two members of the security forces were wounded.
On October 2nd a vehicular and shooting attack took place on Route 443.
The only two incidents to receive stand-alone coverage on the BBC News website during October were those near Hebron and in Qabatiya on October 16th that resulted in Palestinian casualties.
Throughout the first ten months of 2025, the BBC News website reported 0.3% of the terror attacks that took place and 77% of the fatalities.
