By accessing or using the Website, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms , do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Website. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Website to determine if there have been changes to these Terms and to review such changes. The term “you” as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing the Website for any reason and the term “we” or “us” refers to CiF Watch, the operator of the Website, Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America (“CAMERA”) and each of their affiliates.

You may not use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website (or the platform or network(s) connected to the Website) or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Website.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, computer systems or networks connected to the Website through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Website.

All content on the Website, including but not limited to visual interfaces, designs, text, computer code, graphics, pictures, video, music, sound and other files and their selection and arrangement and any other content that is created by us and made available on the Website (collectively the “Website Content”), is our proprietary property with all rights reserved except for the Website theme.
No Website Content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, scraped, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or any means, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission, except in accordance with the license set forth in the subsequent paragraph.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the “Trademarks”) used in the Website are our property and the property of their respective owners.
The website contains some proprietary materials, the use of which has not always been specifically authorized by the owner. We are making such material available in our efforts to advance understanding of political, human rights, economic, democracy, and social justice issues and for non-commercial purposes. We believe that such use is permitted pursuant to the rights, privileges, freedoms, exceptions and exemptions afforded by the first amendment of the constitution of the united states of america and any other applicable law or regulation, whether constitutionally protected or otherwise.
You acknowledge that trevor asserson, his co-authors and their affiliates bear no affiliation with us notwithstanding the generality of any limitations of liability and disclaimers contained herein.
We are not affiliated in any manner with the bbc and any of its affiliates.
User Content
You are solely responsible for the text, information, music, video, and other content that you upload, publish or display (hereinafter, “post”) on or through the Website, or transmit to or share with other users (collectively the “User Content”). You may not post, transmit, or share User Content on the Website that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post. You assume all risks associated with use of User Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness or usefulness by others, or any disclosure by you of information in User Content that makes you personally identifiable.
You understand and agree that we may in our sole discretion review the Website and may delete or remove (without notice) any User Content in our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including User Content that in our sole judgment violates these Terms or, or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others. • contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted, or make unsolicited contact with anyone for any commercial purpose;
