Why does the Guardian provide a hyperlink, on their “Useful Links” page, to the military wing of Hamas?

Can someone please tell me why there is a hyperlink to the Hamas “military wing” web site on The Guardian’s Israel page – even though it’s on the UK Home Office’s list of proscribed terrorist groups?
